La Barba Coffee Ice Cream with Kahlua caramel ribbon and fig/almond crumble

This eye-opening coffee ice cream is an experience on its own, but we wanted to see what would happen if we added Kahlua, caramel, figs and almonds. The result is at once strong, smooth, sweet, crunchy and delicious.
