Salt Lake City native Peter Korth is an ice cream artisan with a flair for transforming unique flavor profiles into crave-worthy treats. His ice cream concoctions are pure culinary art, combining tantalizing fresh fruits, herbs, spices, chocolate, coffee and more. While a pastry chef at a popular Salt Lake City restaurant, Peter created a dessert that garnered national attention and was recognized by Salt Lake and Food Network magazines and the Cooking Channel.

With demand rising across the country for his unique talents, Peter followed his culinary aspirations to Los Angeles but Salt Lake City’s robust food scene was still in his heart. He quickly knew after a period experiencing some of the City of Angels’ finest kitchens that it was time for ice cream to bring him home to his true passion.
